New Patient Appointments
At advanced dentistry we try to make your first and subsequent appointments super comfortable. The front office will reach out to you prior to your appointment confirming the time, date and your insurance benefit breakdown. Your time is very valuable to us, so we take you back as soon as you are here and your paperwork is complete.
For a new patient appointment your hygienist will walk you to the back, take your blood pressure and go over your health history. It is extremely important for us to know your comprehensive health history and your list of medications.
Comprehenisve Examination & Same Day Treatment
We then take the necessary digital x-rays, intra-oral photographs and do your periodontal exam. Next, your dentist performs a thorough extra-oral, intra-oral and comprehensive examination, while your hygienist, assistant and front office put together your treatment plan. Your doctor discusses any concerns you may have and your dental diagnosis with you. It is imperative to us that all your questions and concerns are answered to your satisfaction. Any referrals needed for specialists are prepared and scheduled in case of Emergency. Medical consents are requested from your medical doctors, if needed prior to any further treatment.
Your hygienist will take care of your hygiene needs as per diagnosis. Same day treatment is offered also for our very busy patients. We provide headphones for music or Netflix for your relaxation during your treatment. Procedures are provided to you in safe environment and in compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
